Heritage Club Questions

How long does my Club Membership last?
Membership continues automatically every year. As long as you honor your commitment to purchase 12 bottles each year, you can enjoy all the benefits of the Heritage Club. You agree to purchase at least 12 bottles in one year.

How will I know when my selections are ready?
You will receive an email from our Heritage Club Manager when your order is processed and the wines are shipping or available for pickup at the winery.

How long will you hold my order at the winery?
We cannot hold orders due to lack of space.

Can I change my wine selection or membership type?
Yes, you can change your wine selection or membership type as often as you like. We just ask that you give us a 30 day notice so we can arrange for packaging and shipping in a timely manner. Some wines may not be available at the time of your request. They will be replaced with the Winemaker’s Selection.

How are orders processed?
Your credit card will be charged for the wines you select at the beginning of the selected month. 2Y and Case members will be charged around the 15th of the month. Any wines purchased at other times throughout the year still receive the 15% discount, but will not count towards your membership commitment. After two full consecutive years of membership, your account will be upgraded to the 20% discount.
