Shipping Information:
We ship via FedEx. Our shipments go out on
Tuesday. Shipping costs are calculated once you have
placed your order and there is an additional $5 handling
fee in addition to your shipping costs.

2009 Mandolin
This very cold and slow stainless steel fermentation
process developed this blend of Traminette, Vidal and
Seyval to create a multitude of complex tropical and
floral flavors of lychees, and passion fruit. This

Sauvignon Blanc
The very cold and slow stainless steel fermentation
developed Doukenie’s beautiful Sauvignon Blanc with
qualities of grapefruit, banana, citrus and tropical
flavors. The fermentation in acacia barrels increases
the white flowers and give more roundness to this wine. |

Legacy Raspberry Wine/Nichola's Blackberry
Homegrown raspberries and blackberries are fermented and
blended with our oak-aged red wine. The combination
creates an intense fruit flavor, chocolate notes from
the oak, a balanced sweetness, and a finish with body. |

Merlot
This European style wine is amazingly medium-bodied with
its red fruits, spice and vanilla it brings a wonderful
long finish. Merlot is best with poultry and grilled
meats, but actually goes well with most foods. Enjoy
this Merlot with a grilled sizzling steak, roasted pork
tenderloin, black olives, mushrooms or a zesty tomato
sauce over pasta. |

2009 Sangiovese
This young Sangiovese has very fruity cherry,
strawberries flavors, with spiciness. Aged in French Oak
barrels, the tannins are smooth and give a nice body.

in Australia. Our 2008 Syrah is full-bodied and has

flavors bring a very long finish. |

Zeus
This unctuous blend of Merlot Tannate, Cabernet Franc,
and Petit Verdot is very concentrated, dense with
complex flavors. The bouquet is composed of red and
black fruits, smoke and vanilla. The jammy texture with
black currants and cherry, gives a rich and round
feeling. It is very velvety, clean with a long finish.

This classic Bordeaux style blend offers your senses an
explosion of flavors. The red and black fruits are
predominant. You will also sense raspberry, strawberry
