Shipping Information:
We ship via FedEx. Our shipments go out on Tuesday. Shipping costs are calculated once you have placed your order and there is an additional $5 handling fee in addition to your shipping costs.

2009 Riesling
2009 Riesling has very distinguished pineapple, flowery; almost perfumed flavors and aromas which are developed from the very cold stainless steel fermentation. It's acidity gives a long and fresh finish.

2009 Pinot Grigio
This is Italy’s most popular white wine. Also known as Pinot Gris in France and other parts of the world. It is a crisp white wine, with a range of aromas from melon to pear, tropical, citrus fruit, honey and smoke. This Pinot Grigio pairs nicely with seafood, light pastas, cheese and crackers.

2009 Chardonnay
A delicate balance of oak and creaminess gives this 2008 Chardonnay a beautiful style. This wine can be paired perfectly with chicken or pork, cheeses and appetizers.

2009 Mandolin
This very cold and slow stainless steel fermentation process developed this blend of Traminette, Vidal and Seyval to create a multitude of complex tropical and floral flavors of lychees, and passion fruit. This lightly sweet wine has a long finish and is a pleasure for your palate.

2009 Sauvignon Blanc
The very cold and slow stainless steel fermentation developed Doukenie’s beautiful Sauvignon Blanc with qualities of grapefruit, banana, citrus and tropical flavors. The fermentation in acacia barrels increases the white flowers and give more roundness to this wine.

Hope’s Legacy Raspberry Wine/Nichola's Blackberry
Homegrown raspberries and blackberries are fermented and blended with our oak-aged red wine. The combination creates an intense fruit flavor, chocolate notes from the oak, a balanced sweetness, and a finish with body.

2008 Merlot
This European style wine is amazingly medium-bodied with its red fruits, spice and vanilla it brings a wonderful long finish. Merlot is best with poultry and grilled meats, but actually goes well with most foods. Enjoy this Merlot with a grilled sizzling steak, roasted pork tenderloin, black olives, mushrooms or a zesty tomato sauce over pasta.

2009 Sangiovese
This young Sangiovese has very fruity cherry, strawberries flavors, with spiciness. Aged in French Oak barrels, the tannins are smooth and give a nice body. Doukénie Sangiovese shows a lot of delicateness and complexity with a long finish.

2008 Syrah
Syrah originated in the Rhone region also called Shiraz in Australia. Our 2008 Syrah is full-bodied and has chocolate, espresso, blackberry and earthy bread crust flavors bring a very long finish.

2008 Zeus
This unctuous blend of Merlot Tannate, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot is very concentrated, dense with complex flavors. The bouquet is composed of red and black fruits, smoke and vanilla. The jammy texture with black currants and cherry, gives a rich and round feeling. It is very velvety, clean with a long finish. Zeus wears well its name.

Doukénie's 2008 Cabernet Franc is one of the major red grape varieties in the world. Our Cabernet Franc 2008 has very distinguishable flavors of raspberries , tobacco, violet and black pepper.

2008 Cabernet Sauvignon
This very European style wine, produced from our 25-year-old vines has a lot of cherry, black pepper and tobacco flavors. The French oak barrels give soft tannins and an oaky, spicy taste. It also has a very smooth finish.

2008 Vintner’s Reserve
This classic Bordeaux style blend offers your senses an explosion of flavors. The red and black fruits are predominant. You will also sense raspberry, strawberry and blackberry. Spices and black pepper create soft tannins and a smooth finish that is regal.

This uncommon100% Petit Verdot has a very beautiful, deep red-purple color. It is very powerful and well-balanced with flavors of violet, black fruit and spice. It pairs wonderfully with aged cheeses and rich barbecue.
