Welcome to the Doukénie Winery Blog, The Insider. Estelle Dupuy, our French intern, will be posting stories and photos almost daily. Watch here for what's going on INSIDE the vineyard and winery. Estelle is from Toulouse, a city in the south of France, attending graduate school of Purpan specializing in biology and agriculture. Her 3-month internship at Doukénie will provide credit for her second year. She is excited to discover the wine world as well as learn more about the agricultural practices going on in the vineyard to the sale of wine, including wine production and the bottling. "It is the beginning of a wonderful experience both professionally and socially," says Estelle
