Reopening Protocols

To our valued guests and Heritage Club members. Doukénie Winery is now open in a limited capacity as part of Virginia's Phase Three reopening to Heritage Club members and the general public by reservation only. The safety of our guests and team is our highest priority. Please follow the below protocols when visiting Doukénie:

Phase Three REOPENING Protocols:

  • The winery is now open to the General Public in a limited capacity by reservation only.

  • Visits will be by reservation only with 1 hour and 45-minute reservation blocks.

  • We will only be accepting RESERVATIONS via Tock. Make your reservation HERE.

  • All service will be provided at your seat.

  • ALL CUSTOMERS MUST WEAR MASKS.  IF YOU ARE NOT WEARING A MASK YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY.

  • Once seated masks can be removed.  Masks must be worn when you leave your designated seating area.

  • The Tasting Room + Barrel Room are now open at a limited capacity. Masks will be required to enter the building.  The entrance is at the front of the building with the exit at the rear of the main room.

  • All customers must be 21 years old and over only.  No children or pets.

  • Groups can not exceed 8 people. No commingling with other groups to surpass the set limit. 

  • We offer flights and bottle sales at this time.

  • If the weather turns bad during the day, you’ll need to take cover in your vehicle if you are seated outdoors.

  • Our furniture has been placed to provide physical distancing.  Please do not move the furniture.  Ask your server if you need additional seating.

  • No outside food or alcohol is allowed.  In addition to our a la carte items, we are excited to offer sandwiches and salads from Roots 657.

  • Payments and tips can be made by a verbal credit card or by credit card-on-file.  No cash sales.

  • No fishing permitted at this time.
